Zabrina is the Senior Vice President for Nuclear Strategy and Commercial at AtkinsRéalis. She graduated from Santa Clara University with degrees in physics and chemistry and was recruited into the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program. She served on the USS Carl Vinson as a nuclear propulsion officer. After her naval service, she joined General Atomics, contributing to the design of a cost-effective nuclear reactor. Over the years, Zabrina has led innovative projects in defense, energy, and advanced technologies. She holds master’s degrees from Old Dominion University and the University of San Diego and serves on multiple industry and academic boards.
