Stephen D. Eule has spent more than 30 years advising and writing about energy and environmental policy, including stints at the Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee, with the House of Representatives Science Committee, the Department of Energy, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Energy Institute (GEI). Early in his career he also served as a consultant to the Energy Information Administration. While at GEI, Eule led the development of the Index of U.S. Energy Security Risk and the International Index of Energy Security Risk. His work has been published widely, and he has testified on energy and climate issues before committees of the House and Senate. Mr. Eule earned a M.A. from The George Washington University and a B.S. from Southern Connecticut State College.
